ISOL Research Foundation envisions initiating discussions and concrete plan of actions for the integration of ecology of the souls with the ecology of the organizations, eventually leading to the development of non-exploitative, non-violent and sustainable organizations. It seeks to create a niche for an alternate management paradigm in the modern society by developing and promoting theories about the wisdom of ancient scriptures, and encourage research in various management functional areas based on insights drawn from the scriptures encompassing the traditional knowledge and wisdom.
The mission is to conduct studies and researches in various fields related to human science, ancient studies of Vedas, scriptures and core Indian methods of healings and to put them into practice in modern context. ISOL Research Foundation proposes to promote the link between the same Indian values and morals that were once the foundation of the Golden India and the modern corporate society and entrepreneurs through intensive research and exploration to equip them with strategies to a harmonious, sustainable and progressing work environment.
