Professor J. K. Mitra is the Chairman of ISOL Research Foundation. He is currently Professor of Strategy and Organizational Behaviour at Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. Dr. Mitra is former Dean of FMS. Dr. J.L.Raina is a Chemical Engineer from Jadavpur University and has with him rich experience of over 40 years in the petroleum industry at top management level. Shri Krishna KumarMb studies on the scientific faculties of the Vedas, developed the numerico –alphabetic resonance system, identical to the expression of the genes. He elucidated the Astronomical derivations of Gayatri and its applications to derive the information content of the Vedas. Currently working on the emission of certain frequencies and its impact on the weather conditions which is an offshoot of the Vedic system.

Bala Balachandran has had over 45 years experience in HR at senior levels both in India and Australia. He was with All India Management Association between 1963 and 86, as Deputy Director General before migration to Australia in 1986.

From 1989 to 2008, he was with the largest federal government agency in Australia – Australian Taxation Office – as HR Advisor and throughout his career has been involved in management development, education and professional development at senior policy making and implementation levels. He has an MBA with distinction from Faculty of Management Studies, and bachelors degree from University of Delhi. He was also an Associate Fellow of Australian Human Resources Institute for over a decade. He is now involved in with few voluntary organisations to help people settle down on arrival in Australia.

Malay Mishra served as a career diplomat for 36 years and superannuated from the Indian Foreign Service on 31 July 2015 as India’s Ambassador and Plenipotentiary to

Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Post-retirement he is engaged in a doctoral work on the socio-economic empowerment processes of marginalized communities. Malay

Mishraset up the Vedanta Society of Hungary and has delivered several lectures on Vedanta and Swami Vivekananda’s thoughts and relevance for the present day society.

Dr. Balvir Talwar is General Manager (CSR) in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (a ‘Maharatna PSU’). He has 32 years of experience in Strategic Planning; Policy Formulation; Nurturing Initiatives; Inspiring People; Catalyst; Spiritual Management; Business Excellence; CSR; ERM; Trainer; TQ Assessor etc. He authored 35 papers and won ‘Outstanding Reviewer Award’ from Emerald (U.K.).

Shri Sandeep Mishra is Special Secretary (Urban Development), Delhi Government. A scientist from IIT Kanpur, a Management Graduate from FMS and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota, he is a civil servant by profession. He served as Private Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister for over eight years.He is a keen learner and researcher whose work has beenpublished in national and international journals. He is widely travelled to USA, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, UAE, Nepal, Brazil and Japan.

Dr. Rajat Agrawal is a member of faculty (Associate Professor) at Department of Management Studies, associate faculty at Center of Excellence for Disaster Mitigation and Management and Center of Excellence for Transportation Management, IIT Roorkee. He administers various initiatives of IIT Roorkee in the field of IPR, incubation and entrepreneurship in different capacities. He has co-authored a book titled “Masters Speak: Management Education in India” published by Bloomsbury India Publications. He received Best Teacher Dainik Bhaskar National Education Leadership Awards-2013. He was also awarded ISOL Research Award 2015 at 5th International conference at Chicago USA.

Dr. Vinay Sharma working as an Associate Professor with DoMS, IIT, Roorkee has around 22 years of Experience in the areas Business Opportunity Development, Market Development, Spiritual Orientation for Market Prosperity Development and Teaching for past Fifteen years. He has worked with organizations in the fields of Media, Information Technology and Social Development along with having worked with the largest read newspaper of the World. He designed a model recognized by the name “Affordability for the Poor and Profitability for the Provider”, proposed the concept of Public Spiritual Partnership, compiled a book on management education and has contributed an Appendix on Rural Marketing in the 13th edition of Philip Kotler’s Principles of Marketing. He is associated with bodies like HDCA and NAPSIPAG (as a founding member). Has also worked with of Ganga River Basin Environment Management Plan a pan IIT project.

Mr.  Ravindra Shenoy  is currently Assistant Professor at Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He has a balanced experience of both academics and industry and is also a soft-skills trainer. His research papers are in the areas of Vidura Neeti, Vedic Management, Spirituality in Leadership and Spiritual management.

Dr. Rani Sadasiva Murty is presently a Professor in the Department of Sahitya, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati. He is a recipient of Kendra Sahitya Akadmi Award 2016 in the year 2017. He has also received many more National Awards and honours. He directed a Sanskrit Film Hidimba Bhimasenam in the year 2011. As the Project Coordinator he produced the Electronic Text of the Vyasa Mahabharata with Hyper Links consisting of 1 lakh 10 thousand Slokas with 18 search parameters. This is a world class task among his achievements.
